What is eSailCoach?

eSailCoach is an online platform designed to connect sailors with qualified coaches around the world. Athletes can browse coach profiles, and send booking requests—all in one convenient place.

How does eSailCoach work?

For Athletes: Browse through our list of coaches, view their profile which showcases their coaching philosophy, coaching background and more , then send a booking request to the coach of your choice!

For Coaches: Visit the ''apply as a coach page'' fill in the request form, our team will proces the request and add you the platform. Athletes can then find and request your services directly from your profile.

Is there a fee for athletes to use eSailCoach?

No. The platform is completely free for athletes. You can register, browse coach profiles, and send booking requests at no cost

Do I need to pay anything when sending a booking request?

No. Sending a booking request through eSailCoach does not involve any payment. The platform simply connects you with coaches, and any coaching fees will be arranged directly between you and the coach.

Is there a fee for coaches to list their services on eSailCoach?

  • Until March 1: Coaches who sign up by this date will not be charged any subscription fee.
  • After March 1: A small monthly subscription fee will be introduced for coaches joining the platform after March 1st.

What happens if I sign up as a coach before March 1?

If you register as a coach on or before March 1, you will enjoy listing your services on eSailCoach with no subscription fee. After March 1, a small annual fee will be introduced for new sign-ups, but if you signed up before March 1, you will be grandfathered into our no-fee model for the period specified (we will provide clear timelines and any future policy updates well in advance).

Does eSailCoach take a commission on coaching fees?

No. eSailCoach does not charge any commission on coaching fees. Our focus is on creating a convenient platform where sailors and coaches can connect without hidden costs.

How do I sign up as a coach?

  1. Click the “Sign Up” or “List as Coach” button on our homepage.
  2. Provide your personal and professional details, including any relevant qualifications or certifications.
  3. Complete the registration form. Once approved, your profile will go live on the platform.
